Terms of Service

1. What ZameenDekho is

ZameenDekho is only a place to show property listings. We are not a broker, agent or party to any deal. Every deal — price, payment, paperwork, site visit — is entirely between the buyer and the seller. We take no commission and no responsibility for any transaction.

2. Who can post

• You must be 18 or older and legally able to make property deals.
• Post only properties you own or are authorised to list.
• One account per person. Keep your password private.

3. Listing rules

• Give true and complete information — price, area, location and ownership.
• Upload only photos of the actual property, or photos you have the right to use.
• No fake listings, no misleading prices, no spam.
• No content that is illegal, abusive or violates anyone's rights.

Every listing is reviewed before going live, usually within 1 working day. We can reject, hide or remove any listing that breaks these rules, without notice.

4. Your public contact details

The phone and WhatsApp number on your listing are shown to every visitor. Post them only if you are comfortable receiving calls from strangers.

5. For buyers and visitors

• Always verify the property, ownership papers and price yourself before any payment.
• Never pay in advance to someone you have not met.
• Meet in safe, public settings for site visits.

6. Misuse

We can suspend or delete accounts that post fake listings, spam, abuse other users or try to harm the platform.

7. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it running and to review listings, but we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, and we are not liable for any loss from using the site or from deals made through it.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
